I've been calling since 8 am and no one answers. I've made 58 calls now, it's 1:15 pm and it's urgent that I see my doctor. This is outrageous!
I'm giving one star because you can't publish without at least one, but the people at reception never answer the phone and are always chatting amongst themselves. They're very poorly managed. It doesn't cost anything to pick up a phone and help the public; that's what we pay their salaries for.
I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. They never answer the phone, the management is chaotic, and the service is cold, distant, and lacking in empathy. But the worst of all is Dr. Pons. I'd never considered changing doctors …
