When are they going to stop providing phone calls and instead offer in-person care? The clinic is practically empty, no matter what happens to you... they give you an appointment so the doctor can call you, and then they make you show up or not... at whatever time... a disaster. And some doctors are rude.

THIS IS A DISGRACE. They don't answer the phone. I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL MORNING AND NO ANSWER. I go there and they're not helping anyone. I call while I'm there and their phones are on silent. It's always the same thing. Isn't there anyone who checks on this?

No one answers the phone. I've called all afternoon, over 20 times, and no one answers. Finally, I go to the health center. The clinic is completely empty. I call from there, and they still don't answer. The strangest thing is that the incoming call is practically inaudible. I think this could be greatly improved.
