A terrible experience at the endocrinologist. A serious lack of professionalism... extreme antipathy towards older people, especially from Dr. Itzel Miroslava Ortega Gutiérrez (Col. 46/23.169-4), who verbally abuses patients. I hope that when she's older, she's treated the same way she treats others.
