Worst GP practice I have ever experienced; never any availability, no empathy on the phone. Receptionists think they are surgeons, while they are just front desk staff. Bizarre, in 30 years I have never seen such a bad organization.

Whenever I call my GP with a complaint, I feel like the assistants aren't taken seriously. They always act like I'm exaggerating and try to brush me off. It's hard to find understanding, which makes calling my GP for medical problems even more difficult. I'm seriously considering switching GPs because of this.
