Simply a very good GP practice. They take complaints (no matter how small) seriously. It's a small practice, so they almost always have familiar doctors. And it's great that they have a pharmacy too. Very satisfied with that too.
The GPs are very pleasant, and the location is nice. The pharmacy isn't customer-friendly: they just let you wait while they chat or empty the dishwasher.
Several mistakes were made with me, which resulted in me being ill for a few years. The organization was also a mess; I never called for a follow-up appointment or another blood draw. Because of this, I left; I no longer had any confidence in this GP.
