The worst hospital experience I ever had… staff and the lady in the balcon don’t care about the patient well being we describe our symptoms and they didn’t care they even had the audacity to hang up the call… this place need to be closed
I felt like I was spending more time at the vet's than at the GP's. Sent away with the message: "You sprained your ligaments, you should see a physiotherapist." After a second opinion, I ended up with a broken foot. The same foot he'd been pushing and pulling with, with the attitude of "don't be so dramatic." Thanks!
I don't know who the negative reviews mentioned here help, but we received a fantastic welcome and assistance at the Emergency Department. Both the assistant and the doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a calm approach and clear explanations.
