What a rude person that answers the phone. Even though 3 drs have availability online the person on the phone denied me being seen by a dr when its urgent. I explained to her that my GP is busy today and I need it urgently. She was super rude and most likely to a big R.
So happy to have doctor Streffer as my family doctor. It’s always easy to make and amante your appointment, never had to wait longer when I arrive at my appointment, expert advice and care every single time.
I did not believe that this doctor missed the respect like this! I booked a consult on internet and she was not at the office and did not called back. I missed the work just for it. My point to her is: 0. She has no respect for the patients like this. Be careful because it can happens with you also.
