A disgraceful practice. In recent years, we've been referred several times by Dr. Merckx because he was phasing out his services for retirement. We were told at the time that we could continue coming. Now that Dr. Merckx has effectively retired, we're simply turned away. And when we ask for an explanation, they hang up the phone.
