They don't return your calls. You're on hold forever. Appointments take three weeks. They don't refer patients. Referrals end up at the wrong hospital or clinic, or only in their own system. Tons of assistants who aren't allowed to do anything, and the administration is a mess.
It took 4 days to get a repeat prescription. Ordered on Monday, pharmacy didn't know anything by Tuesday afternoon. Come back at the end of the day. …
