A very nice GP practice; they really know you and are genuinely interested. To date, I have always received pleasant care from both GPs, for myself and for the children. I do agree with the feedback that you are not always spoken to very kindly on the phone, but for me, it is about the quality of the GPs themselves.

I was on hold for a long time, but finally got someone on the phone. They gave me the excuse that supplies weren't available, so my four-year-old would be in pain for a week. And the receptionist was very unfriendly. I need to find another doctor quickly!

I'm seeing Schoonderwoerd myself, a wonderful doctor who listens and takes the time to help. He also treats mental health issues. He doesn't always resort to standard solutions, but truly considers what's right for me. My parents are fans too.
