It is almost impossible to make an appointment with the GP these days since the new staff has been hired. It is a real shame, as everything was so well organised last year. Hopefully, there will be people who will answer the phone and help people normally and quickly.

You don't get treated as badly as foreign tourists. You are told there is a patient stop, but I am not a new patient; I am only coming once. Eventually, I went to Jan Palfijn in Ekeren, where we received professional care; they deserve a ten.
