Repeat prescriptions were delivered last week, just picked up. Am I also receiving medication that still fills my drawer and I haven't put a card in the repeat prescription box? Can't things ever get better? Whenever I mention it, I'm told: "We're being productive." This makes no sense.
I'm very satisfied with Dr. Klatter, the support nurse, and the assistants! I've felt well cared for all these years.
A very friendly practice. I feel understood here, and they take action when necessary. I'm very happy that this is our GP practice.
