Promises are made that aren't kept. You're supposed to be called back within a week, but it takes four weeks to get a referral. Then you can pick up the referral the next week, and if it's not there, you'll be called back when it arrives. Ultimately, you don't get a call back, and you have to follow up on everything yourself.
My partner and I are happy, the staff is nice and smiling, they will always help and change the date,
They are very hard to reach. If you call them in the morning, they are looking for someone; call back in the afternoon after the lunch break, then call them back and they say they are open again tomorrow, and it has been going on like this for 2 weeks.
