Pauwels and Speldenbrink are excellent doctors. They're very difficult to reach by phone, though. The website says they can be reached until 5:00 PM. At 3:00 PM, you're told they're unavailable and that you can't call them again until the next business day.

I called at 8 o'clock. You're caller number 2. So, next in line. No, after 25 minutes, I was the next person on the line. Another 30 minutes later: "There are 6 people ahead of you, please try again later." What's going on? I'm calling again. "Yeah, we're on vacation, try someone else." Unbelievable.
