Unfortunately, often fobbed off with ibuprofen or paracetamol. Have been here for about 20 years now, and always been satisfied. Until the last few years, unfortunately, not.
I was turned down for getting medication from the drugstore, and if it doesn't help, I have to contact them again. Even though I clearly stated that the medication isn't working!
