Called our on-call doctor today. Our GP is on vacation. We were able to see our daughter today, as her earring had grown in and was infected. They were able to remove it with anesthesia and a surgical blade. We were so glad we could get an appointment so quickly and before our vacation!
A very poor GP practice. Especially if you have COVID-19, you're no longer welcome. They make this clear. It's been 13 days since I had COVID-19. They still make it difficult to schedule an appointment to listen to your lungs.
Great general practice. They give patients control. They're happy to think along with you during busy periods. The doctor's assistants provide effective triage. Very happy with the GPs who currently work there.
