How difficult is it to read and possibly call back, but no, it's still only done via chat. What needs to happen to be taken seriously?
We always receive excellent service. It's a busy practice, so sometimes you have to be patient when you call or wait a little longer in the waiting room. Online inquiries are also answered quickly. The staff are polite and friendly.
