Always polite and friendly service. Now, when you're in an "unpleasant" situation yourself, forced to live on the other side of the Netherlands but still have to keep your appointments there because it's completely full everywhere, the assistant is constantly sighing on the other end. Completely unsympathetic and unsympathetic.
