Since morning I am calling and no one pickup phone. Around 12 someone from emergency line pickup and told me I have to call after 13, so someone will pickup. I called after 13 and still no one pickup phone. I came by car to ask for appointment personally, but there is paper on the door that assistant is open from 16 until 17...
