Worthless, appointments only by phone, no visits to the counter. A lot of hassle on the phone and a quick dismissal. Unfriendly.

They never have an appointment available within two weeks, not even for very young children. You can only get an earlier appointment after much insistence. The receptionists talk to you as if you're a small child. They don't care about your complaints. Thankfully, I've left this practice now, but I highly recommend against going there!
