Extremely unprofessional. Complaints aren't taken seriously, and patients rarely listen to them. It's all about money for them. They often want you to come in for appointments for things that can easily be done over the phone. They don't consider people who work between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Dr. Lammers was extremely unprofessional; he didn't take my complaints seriously at all. Now I'm still without a doctor because I don't want to go through this again.
