It's a real shame that Boermans is gone. I'm not satisfied with the communication from the staff or the doctor.
Very poor practice!!! It's because all the other GPs are fully booked. They leave the door locked and talk from behind their desks. No manners to get up and speak to a client. They tell me: "Come back at 1:30, we're busy with other things now." While all I needed was a potty! I've never been treated so rudely.
It took a bit of searching to find the right GP, but I spoke to the assistant once, was able to make a quick appointment, and received perfect treatment! Thanks!!
