They completely ignore people’s concerns. After a year of repeated complaints, there’s been no real help or attempt to reduce the side effects. Truly great “care”..
I have many negative comments that aligns with other negative reviews. I will highlight the blatant discrimination we faced when speaking English on calls. I have managed to get 1 appointment in the 2 years at this practice. Not even going to mention the lack of help towards my 2 years old son.
