One star, but that's too much. You only get an appointment when you're half dead; the assistants are ruder than rude. Also, beware: everything you discuss with the assistants, they'll discuss with all their colleagues. I'm going to file a complaint with the dispute committee; maybe then I'll be taken seriously.
