I experience Dr. Van Erk as a very knowledgeable general practitioner. Understanding, patient, and proactive; complaints are taken seriously and treated well. The GP assistants are also very friendly, patient, and helpful.

You have to keep a schedule with this GP to schedule your calls. They don't care if you're leaving or want to switch. They don't look at how you can be helped, but try to fob you off.
