I’ve had consistently great experiences with this GP practice. The reception team is friendly and efficient, and appointments are handled well. The GP I saw took the time to listen, explained things clearly, and never made me feel rushed. You leave feeling reassured and taken seriously.
This practice is in general good, but there are a few limitations: 1. They don’t send confirmation email of appointments or reminders 2. To make appointments, they are only available through phone in the morning …
As someone with anxiety around going to the doctor, I feel very lucky to have Doctor S. Amlal as my huisarts. My appointment was quick, professional, I felt heard properly and the doctor is a pleasant person. Hopefully I won't have to be here very often, but if I do I'm no longer nervous about it!
