It depends quite a bit to whom you end up talking on the phone. Some are quite careful, others are worsts than a chatbot with fake empathy and scripted answers. Have had good experience with doctors though.
Had some unusual chest pain. Gave them a call and after all the questions I got booked for an urgent appointment. I was looked at and treated promptly. All the staff was amazing, kind and informative ! Keep up the good work !
