General practitioner Heijstra doesn't take patients seriously at all, and isn't interested at all. Complaints are almost dismissed with a laugh. Fortunately, there are other GPs in this practice who do take you seriously and hear what you have to say (and then it turns out you were right).
I'm satisfied with the doctor. I pick up my medication every now and then, but the older woman behind the counter is very unfriendly. She can't crack a smile. It's like she's being punished. Very unpleasant.
