The reviews are quite real. If you are heavily sick, or suffer from chronic disease and need continuous treatment, they don't care, they would just postpone the appointment for weeks and try to persuade you will be fine. Try to find another GP if possible. The receptionist is rude just like everyone says.

Very rude and unhelpful. I'm trying to find a new doctor, and this is the 3rd practice I have called today. I understand a practice can be full, and unable to take patients, but a snarky receptionist is not a good first contact for someone who is seeking medical help.
