A lousy practice! Absolutely disrespectful on the phone. They simply hung up on me several times. Scheduling an appointment is impossible; they'll determine the severity of your situation. I left 15 years ago and was forced to return. I'd say if you have another option, choose it! You wouldn't wish this practice on your worst enemy.
