What a useless phone-line. Calling many times to get an appointment and always sent back to the previous step. The call system works with automatic replies, and if you type one number wrong you have to do all steps over again. Then, you can also only make an appointment until 10:30.

I recently called, and the doctor's assistant/operator was extremely poor. She didn't ask any questions, wasn't interested, and didn't think anything of me. She mainly assumed she wanted an easy way out and would rather not do her job. She jumped to conclusions about things you couldn't assess over the phone. Very poor.
