Friendly staff who take their time with you. The slightly longer wait times are a given. Treatment options are well explained and, if necessary, surgery can be performed quickly. You only need to travel to Cologne for the surgery, but that wasn't a problem for us. We received excellent care in Cologne; it's a truly top-notch clinic.
