I've rarely experienced such rude behavior on the phone. I've been a patient for years and have always been very satisfied with the ladies on the phone and the doctor's assistant. But I can no longer recommend this. Thanks to the lady on the phone, I'll be looking for someone else in the future if this is how they treat patients.
