I always felt very comfortable at the practice; the assistants were incredibly sweet and friendly. The new doctors, however, were a complete disaster. Oksana was unfriendly, passive-aggressive, brushed me off, and didn't acknowledge me or what I was saying. This isn't how a visit to a family doctor should go.
One star is still too many; a big red exclamation mark would be justified here! CAUTION! This is a life-threatening misdiagnosis in our family!!!!! The receptionists in Neulußheim should reconsider their career choices; they should be able to distinguish an emergency from a routine visit!
An absolute disaster. My experience was terrible, and I can't recommend this GP practice to anyone. Rudeness is the order of the day, I was never reachable by phone, and they didn't help me either.
