The doctor's assistant was always very nice. The waiting times for appointments or in the office were also perfectly acceptable. I felt very well cared for during my pregnancy; all the necessary tests were performed, and sometimes even more, just to be on the safe side.
Very unfriendly on the phone. I wanted an appointment because I was having problems. The answer was, "We don't have any more appointments," and besides, they hadn't been here in a while, so they wouldn't be able to get any more appointments anyway. The worst. Just a rip-off, no interest in the patient.
