Can't say anything negative. It was my first visit; I had a foreign body in my eye. I called and was told to come right away. A 15-minute wait is nothing these days. The doctor was very calm and professional! I left after another 10-15 minutes without a foreign body in my eye, so it was great.
After making an appointment, there is no long wait and, as always, very competent treatment.
If it's an obvious emergency, you're allowed to wait here, and patients who arrived much later and who aren't clearly in an emergency are given priority. Perhaps patients in obvious pain should be given priority. Not recommended if you need …
