Gee, this may be a great doctor. Too bad the secretary never answers the phone. You get a recording saying the secretary is open, as you are calling during the opening times, then told, but "we are closed." I'd suggest removing the false recording giving untrue opening hours so the non-help one receives will seem less absurd.
