Doctor Mackowiak was very attentive at first and very responsive when I had him in 2006. But now, he is very unattentive and no longer listens when we have a problem. The secretary is very unpleasant and unfriendly. After 19 years, I made the decision to change doctors after yet another mistake. What a relief.
