Why on earth is it that when you call the office at 8 a.m., they simply don't answer? The answering machine clearly says the office is open from 8 a.m. If it's no longer 8 a.m. but 9 a.m. or... then you need to update your answering machine …
I've been calling since 8 a.m. for an appointment, and it's now 9:10 a.m., and still no one answers, even though the voicemail clearly states the office is open from 8 a.m. Appointments can't be booked online either; you have to wait at least a week for a spot. It's a real shame, especially since you have to be present for work.
Doctor Raf and Nele De Keersmaecker are good doctors and help their patients well. They are also doctors with a sense of humor and a good smile. However, a minor drawback is that there is no longer an open consultation, and that was probably due to the corona crisis. Generally good doctors.
