I made an appointment for an X-ray and ultrasound of my toe, and apparently, it was written down incorrectly. The woman at the radiology desk told me this in a very unfriendly manner, and also said it was my fault, that I had misrepresented it. Sorry, but this isn't acceptable in healthcare!
