I made an appointment online over a week ago. They called me a day in advance to let me know the appointment wouldn't go ahead because they weren't accepting new patients. That's great. As a new resident of Kasterlee, I can't see a GP, and they only let me know a day in advance. Anything but patient-friendly service!
You can book an appointment here online. You can also call. As a patient, you're taken very seriously and listened to. If you have any doubts, the doctor will always refer you. They always explain the situation honestly. The secretary and nurse are also always friendly and communicate clearly.
