I highly recommend Dr Mamisoa. It's true that it's not always possible for appointments to start at the scheduled time, but the care and attention he gives to each patient makes up for it. I'm very pleased with the result of the refractive surgery.
Terrible delays, one visit delayed 60 min and upon arrival for the second visit I asked the receptionist if there will be delay, she was not reassuring at all, "well, maybe 30 minutes ", just like long delays are something you should totally accept and be happy about. What a waste of people's time.
