Hello, what a terrible experience I had. You have to wait at least 50 minutes longer than the appointment time. And when you tell them, they say it's normal for a 3-year-old to have a chronic otitis media. They only recommend Nurofen and that antibiotics aren't necessary. So, parents, be careful who you entrust your children to.
