I called because my daughter is sick and my doctor is unavailable (his replacement isn't answering), and they told me I should insist with the replacement. But they refused to see my daughter—shameful! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them.

Very disappointed. We called at 8 am for a home visit (my husband can't walk or drive due to his health problem). We were promised a visit before noon, and then at noon they called back to say we live too far away... Not very well organized or respectful of the patient.
