If the doctor had bothered to look inside my nose, as I repeatedly asked him to, I wouldn't have a cyst in my upper jaw or infected sinuses now. But apparently, only the blood test and the inflammation marker count, not the patient's well-being or description of her pain.

As friendly as the staff are, even with an appointment you always have to expect at least a 1.5-hour wait. That's unacceptable, especially when you're sitting in the waiting room in pain and not just because you're bored and looking for something to do (that's how it feels while you're waiting).
