Our visit was quite some time ago. My child had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), we couldn't get through on the phone, so we drove there and were greeted very rudely. They even asked what we thought we were doing, …
It used to be a good group practice, but since the renovation it's completely unacceptable! No one can be reached by phone, the opening hours are an outrage for working people, and Dr. Balga is practically never there. Which is strange, because it's supposed to be a group practice, but with only one doctor!
Excellent clinic, very friendly and kind staff, superb medical team, everything went perfectly, very empathetic, absolutely professional gastroscopy and colonoscopy!! I will definitely recommend you!!
