Since the two doctors took over, we've had nothing but positive things to say! Dr. Fahler is such a competent doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She always took her time and worked meticulously – by far the best doctor!
The team is very nice, no complaints there, they're easy to reach by phone and really listen. Unfortunately, the waiting times are very long despite having an appointment – a classic case of a public health insurance doctor's syndrome.
Even if you call to request an appointment, you should still expect long waiting times. The woman at the medication dispensing counter was very unfriendly. Her tone was curt and annoyed, as if she didn't enjoy her work at all. However, Dr. Streicher was very friendly and helpful, hence the 3 stars.
