The doctor is good. The secretaries don't answer any of the phones. Even if you call 20 times, they won't answer. When you arrive, they tell you you don't have an appointment and make you wait for well over an hour. Absolutely no smile. I will never go back. If there were zero stars, I would give it zero.
I always get an appointment with Dr. Sahin quickly. The waiting room can be a bit long, but that's probably because she takes her time with each patient. Dr. Sahin is very professional, yet always friendly and doesn't come across as rushing anyone through. I feel well cared for and can therefore highly recommend her practice.
Dr. Sahin is a very competent, caring, and understanding doctor. She is very attentive to her patients.
