He was summoned to the crowded office on a holiday to pick up a prescription – the gentleman is apparently unfamiliar with e-prescriptions. Why bother coming to the office with COVID-19? A sensible doctor would definitely act differently.

The doctor is really very competent and also really nice, but what really annoys me is this strange slip-of-paper system where you have to take a number. Sometimes she says you don't need to take a number anymore, and then you go and have to wait three-quarters of an hour because you didn't take a number.
