I really think Dr. Frank is very dedicated. I have a very good impression of her, and her assistants are also very helpful. They all take the time to patiently answer questions, even when there are many patients waiting. I'm pleasantly surprised and don't understand the negative reviews at all. The team doesn't deserve them.
